REFUND POLICY

We would never want you to be unhappy with any product or service that you have bought from us. Please let us know if you have any issues. The following are our refund policies.

  1. We would expect Event flowers to last in good condition for the event that they have been bought for, and retail flowers to last a week in a vase under normal circumstances.

The life of the flowers will be shortened if they have been in very hot or exposed conditions. But if this is not the case and the quality of the flowers has not kept to our expectations please let us know immediately and we will refund or replace them.

2. If you have booked a place on a workshop and are unable to attend, we cannot refund your place unless we are able to resell your ticket. You are able to send someone in your place.
